Community Tips
As members of the Stonecrest HOA, we all share a mutual interest and responsibility for protecting our property values and our community as a whole. The Stonecrest HOA Board exists and operates to support this interest. All members are encouraged to actively participate as well. If you have a maintenance issue, please contact the HOA. If you witness or are a victim of suspicious behavior, the Stillwater PD has requested you contact them directly for timely reporting and investigation.
Stonecrest Trash Days are Thursdays. Please remember that our covenants state that your garbage or recycle bins need to be stored out of site (behind a fence or in your garage). To learn more about managing your waste and trash cans, please visit the stillwater.org website.
Nothing can be stored on the side of your house: boats, trashcans, jet skis. Also, lawns need to be maintained, year round. This includes mowing & edging, and taking care of dead trees or plants and acting on weeds now instead of in the spring.
Stonecrest HOA dues are $150 per year. These cover maintenance and insurance for Stonecrest common areas. Dues are to be submitted to the HOA address all homeowners will receive in their annual notice and are due May 1 of every year.
